07 Jun 4th Annual Senior Health Fair Broadmoor Plaza, San Leandro, Thursday June 27

On June 27, 2013 Broadmoor Plaza, an ABHOW Affordable Housing Senior Community, will be sponsoring its 4th Annual Senior Health Fair from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Fair will be located at 232 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA. 94577 and caters to residents and neighboring communities who are 62 years of age or older.
Broadmoor Plaza extends an warm invitation to service providers and sponsors who service seniors’ physical, emotional and mental well-being to participate in our 4th Annual Senior Health Fair. Past participants and providers made the Health Fair a success and we’re anticipating the same this year.
•    Over 75 participants attended last year’s event.
•    Over 25 providers gave handouts of pamphlets, gifts and raffle prizes.

This year more outreach effort will be given to reach a greater number of seniors in hope that more will attend the Health Fair.  Please RSVP, by submitting your Health Fair Provider Form, as soon as possible to secure your registration due to limited space. First come, first serve.

For purposes of advertising for those who are unable to attend, they request you provide your promotional materials and or “giveaways” for all attendees to take.

Lastly, donations from service providers are needed and greatly appreciated for raffle prizes during the event. Thank you, in advance, for your generosity.
