ADG Referral Services, Inc. is a non-medical home care referral agency for seniors and the elderly covering the northern California, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on Contra Costa and Alameda counties, with clients in Concord, Danville, Lafayette, Piedmont and everywhere in between.
ADG Referral Services, Inc. refers registered home-care aides to provide a one-on-one personalized private home care for a better quality of life and less expensive than most alternatives in the comfort of familiar surroundings. Our registered senior home-care providers promote safety and improved quality of life for independent living with careful assistance and loving support from our dedicated senior care specialists and consultants. We take pride in being attentive and sensitive to each and every home care needs.
Our in-home care services include (but not limited to) free assessment, care coordination, 24/7 on-call services, after office hours service access, optional supervisory client visitation, transportation arrangement, and client event celebrations. ADG Referral Services, Inc. refers only the premium home-care aides that are available for long-term care, short-term/respite care, 24-hour live-in (no minimum days required), overnights, and flexible hours (no minimum required). Our registered home-care aides provide personal care and daily living, companionship; exercise routine, light housekeeping, meal preparation, basic cooking, medication reminders, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments. Home-care aides offer care in small increments for more independent living situations and may be increased as needs change.
In order to meet individual home care needs, we maintain a wide range of qualifications and selections. All Home-care Aides referred are professional home-care providers, experienced, highly qualified, certified, and pre-screened prior to placement.
ADG Referral Services, Inc. offers no-fee placement assistance to different types of retirement home communities such as Resident Care-Homes, Independent Living, and Assisted Living Retirement Homes.
