Standard Rates

Please note the following exceptions:

• Heavier care needs may have an additional charge.
• If Cal-Fed fingerprints required for HCA, HHA & CNA, an additional charge of $1.00 per hour will apply or $5.00 per day for Live-in, Live-out, or Overnight.
• Rates are different for couples/two clients:
  add $2.00 per hour for hourly service or $25.00 per day for Live-In.
• Holidays are charged at 1 ½ times the usual rate, only if service is rendered.

We maintain a wide range of qualifications and selections of Home-care Aides (Caregivers) who are skilled, experienced, highly qualified, and have been pre-screened prior to placement to ensure compatibility with our client’s unique home care needs and requirements. California has specific civil and UI codes that govern referral agencies, and ADG Referral Services, Inc. complies with these codes.  ADG Referral Services, Inc. ensures low rate and affordability and has no minimum hourly requirements.  ADG Referral Services, Inc. is not the employer of the domestic worker referred to you. Depending on your arrangement with the domestic worker, you may have employer responsibilities. As a homeowner, you may already have insurance coverage under your homeowner’s policy. California Insurance code mandates that insurers selling homeowners insurance policies in California include medical coverage for injuries to independent contractors and both medical and workers’ compensation coverage for home employees. If you would like to increase your coverage beyond your existing policy limits under an “umbrella policy”, most insurers offer increased coverage at surprisingly little cost and can usually be accomplished with a simple phone call or e-mail to your insurance agent or company. If you are not a homeowner, renters insurance can also provide these types of coverage at little cost. If you are currently living in a Retirement Community, this coverage may be included in your monthly rent or fees.
