Senior Nutrition & Activities Project (SNAP)

The Senior Nutrition & Activities Project (SNAP) offers seniors, 60 years of age and above, affordable, nutritious meals at over 20 congregate meal sites in Alameda County. When you participate in our meal program, you will get to:

  • Socialize with other seniors in a welcoming environment.
  • Enjoy a healthy meal planned by a Registered Dietitian
  • Eat at least 1/3 of your Recommended Daily Allowance  including fruits and vegetables rich in Vitamin A & C.

Senior Dining Sites:

We have dining sites located in Castro Valley, Dublin, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Pleasanton, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Union City.

Suggested Voluntary Donation: $3.25 for seniors 60+ (4.25 for non-seniors)

No seniors, 60 and over will be turned away due to lack of funding.
