10 Apr TTN Program for April
The Transition Network (TTN) is an organization focused on women over 50 who are exploring what’s next in their professional and personal lives. We offer peer conversations, programs and a community of women who are positive about being over 50, interested in learning and eager to meet other women.
On Saturday, April 27th, 2013 from 2-4 pm, the SF Bay Area TTN chapter is hosting speakers from the Life Planning Network who will discuss Practical Tools to “Live Smart After 50!”
Northern California Chapter members of the Life Planning Network present insights into how to “live smart” based on the newly published book, LIVE SMART AFTER 50! The Experts’ Guide to Life Planning for Uncertain Times.
Looking for tools to make your life the best it can be…starting now? Average life expectancy for U.S. women today is 80.7 years. For a healthy 65-year-old couple, there is a 50 percent chance that at least one will live beyond the age of 92, and a 25 percent chance at least one will live to age 97. The planning necessary to cover your bases can be staggering, but we can all do it if we start now. Our panel addresses the basics of how you can plan for key areas of your life using tools available in LIVE SMART AFTER 50! Topics covered will be finances, work, personal relationships and home.
The panelists are:
Deborah Abel, Certified Financial Planner, Registered Investment Advisor, and Principal, Abel Advisory
Sara Zeff Geber, PhD. Retirement Planning Coach, and workshop leader, LifeEncore
Mary Radu, MS, MSW, CPCC, Midlife Transition Coach and Philanthropy Consultant, Pathmaker Coaching
Location: Fort Mason, San Francisco, Room C205.
Cost: $10 for members, $15 for guests
