Five Ways to Partner with Senior Center Without Walls to reach your isolated clients – It costs you nothing and may even strengthen your grant applications!

1. Add your organization’s name or logo to our brochure introducing the telephone program to your community elders.

2. Include Senior Center Without Walls in your organization’s list of age-in-place services.

3.  Schedule our Training Program for your home health care employees, family caregivers, assessment teams, friendly visitor volunteers, meals on wheels drivers, and peer counselors.

4. Arrange free telephone groups exclusive to your clients, such as IHSS client discussions, get-togethers for newly homebound senior center members, and chat groups in languages other than English.

5. Design a county-wide outreach to isolated, homebound seniors, partnering with Senior Center Without Walls to get the job done
